Course Creator Introduction

Hi, and welcome to Reality Architecture: Consciousness, Intention, and the Nature of Manifestation. My name is James Sageman. I am the creator of this course and founder of The Great Work Platform.

Before we start delving into the core question of this course, I wanted to briefly introduce myself.

Due to an intense passion for trying to understand the true nature of this reality we all share, I have spent years researching and studying modern and ancient wisdom subjects associated with alchemy, raising consciousness, manifestation, and the many aspects surrounding both quantum physics and metaphysics.

After decades of pursuing my passion for a better understanding of reality, this spiritual and scientific path has led me to an awakening that some refer to as enlightenment or self-realization. I now recognize how divine and special each and every human being is. In truth, we all share a connection to an infinite source of knowledge, wisdom, and even power.

For me personally, that has equated to an increased ability to intuitively access information and gain understanding of complex concepts much easier than earlier in my journey. I attribute my newfound abilities to a higher consciousness level.

So, by this point, you have probably surmised that I might already be somewhat biased. And that would be true. My path thus far has provided a certain perspective surrounding reality, and I do feel that consciousness plays a vital role in the reality we are all a part of.

With that said, I still believe that every individual needs to discover their own truth. And that is why I wanted to create this course, and a space to really dive deep into the core question: Does consciousness participate in the creation of physical reality?

Through profound insights gained from devoted researchers and teachers, informative videos and diagrams, further related questions, and group discussions surrounding the numerous topics revealed on this 15-module course journey, we will try to answer that main inquiry. In addition, we will be diving deep into further important insights in both ancient wisdom and modern concepts that will helps us understand the true nature of reality.

As stated in the Course Vision and Philosophy, we are going to delve into the central question using both ancient and modern sources. And rather than wishful thinking or magical belief, we will employ precise philosophical analysis, empirical research, contemplative practices, and honest epistemological inquiries.

My goal for this course is that each student comes away with a confident answer to the core question concerning consciousness’ relationship to reality. Regardless of what that means for each person.

Let us begin this exploration into probably one of the most important questions we all face.
